We spent considerable time talking about what chocolate we actually enjoy at Easter, and we came to the conclusion that, we always love an icon large bunny. But we also know we spend the Easter weekend snacking on little eggs, saving the big thing for last. So, introducing...
Sateen Rabbit Collection
We came into chocolatiering through texture design, with all our products cast flat. Creating our Sateen Rabbit Collection meant we had to learn how to 3D-cast chocolate – a skill that, once acquired, makes you feel like you have captured another one of the secrets of the universe!
Presley
This milk chocolate rabbit is fully decked out in gold shimmer dust, Vegas style! With Presley, we have preserved the original flavour of our fine Belgian milk chocolate for those who enjoy Easter chocolate in its traditional form.
Alice
Cast from fine Belgian Ruby chocolate, with added freeze-dried raspberry powder, Alice is finished with pink shimmer dust to accentuate her geometric lines.
Bowie
The Thin White Duke – in chocolate rabbit form. Bowie is cast from fine white Belgian chocolate, with a delicate hint of vanilla.
Billie
Just like her namesake, our Billie rabbit is a lot unusual and super unique. Ceremonial grade matcha powder flavours this beautiful bunny, who is finished with green shimmer dust to denote her super star status.
Birds Nest
Easter is all about new beginnings and what better way to express this than through tiny little candy-coated eggs presented in a fully edible birds nest made from coconut coated in fine Belgian milk chocolate.

Pop-Up Rok Blockin’ Shop
For the first time ever we will have our signature Rok Blox range available via a pop-up shop. You can find us at The Cannery Markets on Saturday and Sunday, April 2 and 3, in Roseberry.
