There's nothing better than a barista-brewed cafe latte, made with freshly ground Arabica coffee beans. The creamy taste of the milk, combined with the aroma of the coffee - on any given day of the week, a good latte is close to a heavenly experience.
But what if your beloved latte didn't come in a cup? What if it came in a block of chocolate instead?
That's exactly what we've done with our new Latte Terrazzo Rok Blox. We've combined milk chocolate Belgian couverture with freshly ground Colombian arabica coffee beans to create the espresso chips in this terrazzo blox. Then we've lovingly tempered creamy white Belgian couverture and mixed the two together to cast this rock star of a new member of our terrazzo collection.
Once each blox was set, we melted back the top layer of couverture to reveal a visually compelling morass of delicious coffee-coloured terrazzo chips that contrast with the milky-white surrounds. These blox are visually exciting and deliciously energising.
